Refund policy
Hey Rich Girl gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online within 30 days of the purchase date (for store credit only).

Overview:
- All returns must be received *within 30 days* of the purchase date.
- Returns are for Store Credit only and issued via email as an E-gift card.
- Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
- FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return. See list below.
- Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
Hey Rich Girl offers a 30 days return policy (from the date of purchase) for store credit only.
- We do not offer free returns at this time and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For proper processing of your return package, please make sure to email us first at hello@heyrichgirl.com
- We will reserve the right to request for pictures , in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/ manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent.
- We are not responsible for return shipping costs if the package is returned to our facility due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if customer refused to accept the package.
- Store credit of the returned items will be issued and we will reserve the right to deduct any related return fee imposed by the shipping carrier.
We will be fully responsible for direct Manufacturer product defects or if a wrong product was mailed to the customer; return shipping cost will be reimbursed or a return label will be provided (see below for return procedure for details).
Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items returned to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to sender. We do not accept back items in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, deodorant marks, dirtied soles) will be refused and sent back to sender. No exceptions will be made.
IMPORTANT, please note:
• DUE TO HEALTH RESTRICTIONS AND SANITARY REASONS, WE DO NOT RESELL SWIMSUITS, INTIMATE/ INTIMATE APPAREL, HOSIERY AND LINGERIE ITEMS. THESE ITEMS WILL BE FINAL SALE (NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL).
IN ADDITION, ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGES) FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
• SALE ITEMS
• SPECIAL PRICE/DISCOUNTED PRICE ITEMS
• COSTUMES
• CLEARANCE ITEMS
• DOOR BUSTERS
• ACCESSORIES
• ANY ITEMS PRICED AT $12.99 AND UNDER.
Return Procedure
Before returning the package back to us for any reason, please email us at hello@heyrichgirl.com or through the Contact page. In the email please include:
1. Order number
2. Items requesting to be returned
3. Reason for return.
We will respond in a timely manner by email with instructions.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your E-gift card to be issued.
You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.
**If you don’t see the E-gift card in your email inbox, please check your spam/ junk folder.
Return Disclaimer
Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return.
All return items will be inspected accordingly upon receipt. Any items that do not meet our return requirements may be refused and returned back to the sender. We will reserve the right to impose a restock fee of 15% through 25% in certain situations where applicable. Our return department will have sole discretion and have final decisions on returns.
International Order Policy
We do not provide or cover destination country tax and duty charges if occurred. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. Hey Rich Girl will NOT be responsible for any Custom tax/duties cost and fees.
To ensure proper delivery of your package, please make sure to enter the correct recipient’s full name and shipping address. We will not be responsible if delivery cannot be made due to incorrect shipping information.
If any of the following occurs:
1. The customer refuses to accept the package
2. No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package
3. No transit or delivery update
Hey Rich Girl reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund or compensation. We do not accept any customer's own shipping method (Federal Express, DHL/Airborne, UPS or any other company) for any order. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help to resolve the dispute to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable for any delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. If package is returned to us by the shipping carrier, we will follow our return policy accordingly (see above Return Policy).
Payment
1. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.
2. We do NOT accept Money orders, Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks, or Company Checks. If we receive any Personal Checks or Company Checks, they will be returned to sender.
Billing Terms & Conditions
We verify all billing information provided by our customers. Please enter your billing information correctly; otherwise, your order may be delayed from processing. At times we may also be required to speak to the cardholder, please ensure that the correct telephone/ contact number is provided on the purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.
