My goal is to inspire other girls to invest in real estate and be your own boss. 

Hey there! I'm Cynthia Cuccuini, a self-taught real estate entrepreneur and the founder of Hey Rich Girl.

I grew up in an inner city neighborhood in Pittsburgh and did not have rich parents.  

When I was 24 years old, I lost my corporate America job. I was devastated!

But, it ended up being a blessing  because I was able to pursue my dream in real estate investing.

For over 10 years now, my business has been creating affordable and safe housing to make communities better.

My BFF will tell you that I'm a landlord, house flipper, and real estate designer. But more importantly, I'm a girl mama and wife.

I went from a broke 24 year old girl with no job and no money to owning my own real estate company!

If I can do it, so can you! 

There's not a lot of business communities for girls, who are entrepreneurs and want to collab with like minded people. That's why I created Hey Rich Girl so we can inspire and teach each other.
